Snowy Hydro Gala Day

Festival organisers are expecting over 3,000 people to flock to Tumut to enjoy the delights of the Snowy Hydro Gala Day – a highlight of the annual Festival of the Falling Leaf.

With an emphasis on the wide variety of free and low cost entertainment for kids, Gala Day guarantees a great day out for the family.

This year the gala day markets have moved to the CBD but will still offer something for everyone: original artworks, furniture, handmade toys, homewares, skincare and jewellery.

When you need a break from the browsing, a wonderful line up of performers on the stage are on hand to get you in the groove. This year’s stage program features a showcase of local and regional talent throughout the day.

Food lovers will be well catered for – quality coffee stars among the traditional festival food options. Don’t forget to grab a bag of fresh picked Batlow apples for home.
